Annual Plan Reviews
  Prior to your renewal date, we will review your current plan and request quotes from additional carriers for comparison with:
  • RFP (Request for Proposal) preparation
  • Bid comparison: comparison of new bids and existing plan.
  • Rates and benefits negotiation
  • Employee survey: collect data on current plan satisfaction and preferred physicians and hospitals.

Employment Law Compliance

  • Conduct "Respect in the workplace" training for all employees
  • Provide ongoing legal guidance, advice and support regarding all necessary postings, filings, procedures and employee interactions
